Patrick Iniovosa

Managing Director

A highly motivated individual with over twenty years experience in trading and accounting, financial analysis in the Manufacturing and Financial industries. Prior to joining Stirling Trust, he was Group Head in Venture & Trust Limited where he retired in 2002 and joined V.T. Leasing where he articulated and; implemented the turn-around effort of the company. He joined Stirling Trust Company Limited in 2004 and was soon elevated to the position of the Managing Director of the company following his outstanding performance and impact. He is also an Alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan African University)

Eugene Onyia

Dep. Gen. Manager, Legal & Outsourcing Services

A legal practitioner formerly engaged in active legal practice in a renowned S.A.N’s law firm before joining Stirling Trust Company Ltd. He is also a member of the International Bar association (IBA). He has attended the Key issues in Human Resources Management at the Lagos Business School. He was also an executive (Part-time) Law Lecturer in Thames Business School (under Informatics).

He holds a Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He was a Banker before he joined Stirling Trust Company Ltd in 2008 and have continued rising in responsibility and rank.

Adeyemi Oluwagbemiga Samuel is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in both External and Internal Auditing. His experience spans across various sectors, including FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Oil and Gas, Consulting, and Financial Services.
With over 5 years of experience, Adeyemi has developed a strong foundation in financial management, risk assessment, and compliance. As an External Auditor, he would have been responsible for examining and evaluating the financial records of organizations to ensure accuracy, adherence to accounting standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additionally, his experience as an Internal Auditor indicates that he has knowledge in assessing internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks within organizations.
Adeyemi’s ambition to become a world-class asset to a reputable organization is commendable. To further enhance his skills and expertise, he pursued an MBA degree in Accounting and Finance. Omowunmi Adefeso

Head, Human Resources

Omowunmi Adefeso is a process-driven Human Resources Professional, Inspirational Speaker and counsellor with a financial industry background of over 12 years.

She shares service experience and proven expertise with Talent Management, Culture Management, Employee Relation Management and Engagement, Organizational Culture and Leadership Development among other key HR value chains.

She helps the organization to achieve its business goals and tackle complicated people through her counselling skills

She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and holds an MBA in Financial Management, HND in Accountancy and Diploma in Counselling.

She executes her expertise as the Human Resources team lead at Stirling Trust Company Limited

Ebade Esangbedo

Asst. Manager – Logistics/MIS

He joined Stirling Trust Company Ltd in December 2016 and holds a Degree in Computer Science and Certified with MCSE and CISE. He was formerly with Mutual Benefit Group and was responsible for all their Branches as System Administrator before he joined the Company.
