A highly motivated individual with over twenty years experience in trading and accounting, financial analysis in the Manufacturing and Financial industries. Prior to joining Stirling Trust, he was Group Head in Venture & Trust Limited where he retired in 2002 and joined V.T. Leasing where he articulated and; implemented the turn-around effort of the company. He joined Stirling Trust Company Limited in 2004 and was soon elevated to the position of the Managing Director of the company following his outstanding performance and impact. He is also an Alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan African University)

Mr. Caleb Yaro is the Managing Consultant of Cornerstone Consultants, Lagos. A seasoned executive with over 27 years in Accounting and Investment, Mr. Yaro worked with Citibank and NIDB from 1974 – 1976 before proceeding to Chase Merchant Bank (Later known as Continental Merchant Bank).

He is a “Big 4” Qualified Chartered Accountant (UK FCA and Canadian CA)with  over 25 years PQE with Board-level participations spanning 20 years and extensive experience in international financial services environments.  He is an Individually Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (formerly SII).  Member Corporate Finance Syllabus Panel. He has extensive Financial Services experience spanning over 20 years’ experience in CEO / CFO / Finance Director roles within diverse international groups based in Bermuda & London. He has a 1 years’ experience as Group Finance Director & Company Secretary for UK publicly quoted technology and logistics investor. In-depth operational knowledge of infrastructure creation, structural operations, products, risk management and strategy.  Twice acted as architect for initial asset manager formations including all aspects of Corporate Legal Entity Structuring, and implementation of all aspects of fund accounting and reporting, internal control and performance monitoring. In-depth knowledge of audit, risk, financial control, budgeting, strategic planning, performance management and reporting, including GAAP and regulatory.

Theophilus Danjuma

A highly enthusiastic and hard-working young man. He is a Member of Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) : Painting and Sculpture Committee. A Director in Danjuma Collection/Grace Gallery where he set up and established contemporary art business; put together business plan for Grace Gallery to seek private equity investment; created brand identity and business strategy, grew portfolio from an initial 20 pieces to over 450 works of art and many more.

He also have a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching and Learning for health Professionals from the University of Bristol and a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologist.
